MONTHLY PLANS
Below is all information regarding the different monthly plans that we offer.
If there is something we can’t fix we will help you find an expert for that particular maintenance issue.

HOME & GARDEN 6 HOURS / MONTH
PREMIUM MONTHLY ALL-ROUND PROPERTY SERVICE, 12 MONTHS
After booking we will contact you to confirm your preferred date for consultation. We go through your ideas and look at your needs on a monthly and yearly basis and what can be done within the time frame of this plan.
Cancellation/termination of the plan with 2 months’ notice for both parties, from the last day of the month.
The plan consists of:
1. 6 hours per month on up to 2 separate occasions
Calculated as 1 person working 6 hours (person-hour). Some flexibility regarding change of day(s) per month is permitted depending on availability and type of work.
2. No transportation fee to your location*
Max 15 km from Gland. If distance is longer, a transportation fee of CHF 2 per km is added. Max distance for this plan is 20 km, if nothing else is agreed.
3. Additional hours at CHF 85, max 20 hours
You can schedule additional work at a discounted price. Minimum of 2 extra hours per occasion or a transportation fee may apply. If you need more hours we will offer you a competitive fixed price on that particular project.
This does not include services from 3rd parties.
4. Purchase of all materials needed. Costs added
The time it takes to purchase the material needed for your projects is included in the monthly fee. Any returns of material (if you change your mind) will be charged at CHF 85 per hour). Any 3rd party delivery costs not included.
5. Carry forward unused hours up to 3 months
It is possible to carry forward hours in dialogue with us.
6. Annual 1 hour home inspection & consultation
First we meet and discuss your needs and ideas. We will work out a yearly plan and budget for material needed for the proposed projects.
7. Transfer or share hours with neighbours
You can split the day with a direct neighbour. The time it takes to change location count as working hours.
8. Transfer hours to friends & family*
If you want to transfer hours to friends or family it is possible if the distance is no longer than 15 km (calculated from Gland, Canton Vaud.) You can use your discounted hours, (CHF 85 per hour, 20 hours/year,) as a gift to friends & family. We will supply you with a gift certificate. Minimum 2 hours per occasion and 2 times per year. All arrangements must be mutually agreed upon.
9. Monthly to-do list incorporated into your plan
Together with you we will formulate a yearly plan with a monthly to-do list. You can change the to-do list in dialogue with us on a short notice as long as material and parts can be purchased well in advance.
10. Prioritized response to additional requests
Your will get prioritized additional hours at the discounted rate.
11. 50% discount on OrganoWood Protection System
(as long as stock lasts)
Wood Protection (01 base coat), CHF 125, your price CHF 87,5
Surface Protection (02 top coat) ), CHF 125, your price CHF 87,5
12. Monthly Recycling (dechetterie) 180l *
Once per month. We can supply you with e.g. 3 x 60l IKEA Sortera bins or similar at market price.
Any other arrangement must be mutually agreed upon.
MAINTENANCE 2 HOURS / MONTH
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE PLAN, 12 MONTHS
