If you want to create an outdoor living space attention to detail is everything. Together with you we discuss ideas and look at your outdoor space as a whole. This will affect planting and dictate how you best can utilize the space. We create sketches and drawings from the ideas to help you with the decisions, obtaining permits if needed, before we start construction. ​

ORGANOWOOD®
After seeing impregnated wood, less than 10 years old, in the La Côte area of Switzerland (and in neighbouring France) quickly deteriorating and rotting, we started to import the environmentally friendly wood impregnation solution OrganoWood from Sweden.

Recommended woods are pressure impregnated, Thermowood, pine, spruce and larch. The silicon penetration is most effective with absorbent types of wood, such as pine and spruce. The Wood Protection System products can be used on wood that has previously been treated with oil, lacquer, glazing or paint if the previous treatment has worn away or is removed.

The complete Wood Protection System consists of Wood Cleaner (pre-wash and maintenance), 01 Wood Protection (base coat) and 02 Surface Protection (top coat).
01 Wood Protection and Wood Cleaner are eco-labeled with “Good Environmental Choice” by the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation.

Moving into a new home can be a stressful and time-consuming process. Whether you're an expat relocating or it is the start of a lease agreement, you want your new house or apartment to feel like yours - as soon as possible.
MOVING IN OR START OF LEASE AGREEMENT
With your ideas and the permission of the landlord (if needed) we will help you with everything you need to get your new home in order.
These services usually include installing lamps and curtains, hanging TVs on the wall, installing shelves, assembling furniture, hanging art and building temporary walls, these services make it easier for you to quickly settle into your new homes in no time.
MOVING OUT OR END OF LEASE AGREEMENT
As you prepare to move out, certain activities must be carried out in order to make sure that the property is left in good condition before the final inspection if it is a lease or rental agreement. In addition to cleaning these activities include plastering holes on walls, painting, removing lamps, curtains, shelves, and other activities depending on what was agreed upon by both parties.
It's important to note that these activities must be done properly before handing over possession of the property. This ensures that all damages are taken care of so that any extra costs can be avoided.
FURNITURE
When working with loft conversions and larger renovations, there are always a lot of new furniture that needs to be produced. Kitchens, walk-in closets, libraries, drawers, bathroom furniture, cabinets and tables are either bought off the shelf and modified or custom made in a factory.
Most of our furniture is produced in two different factories in Estonia. Some are made by us at your location or locally before installation. Microgreen tables are made in Sweden by Kharva wood working.
We especially like building farmers tables and outdoor furniture in wood and/or concrete. The outdoor furniture we treat with an environmentally friendly solution, OrganoWood, that extends the lifespan of the the wood.
From creating custom-made pieces to restoring vintage pieces, we enjoy giving each piece of furniture a unique and individual look. With our expertise, we can help you create a space that is both functional and beautiful.
Everything starts with an idea that is transformed into a sketch with measurements that can be sent to either a factory or made by us locally. The process of creating the actual piece is much more than just putting the pieces together.
