These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Wadstrom Sàrl, a Swiss company registered under CHE-348.271.094, based in Gland, Canton Vaud, Switzerland.
By accepting a quotation, confirming a booking, signing an agreement, or otherwise engaging our services, the client accepts these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Our Services
Wadstrom Sàrl provides renovation, construction, bespoke carpentry, interior improvement, project management, design support, maintenance, and related specialist services.
The scope of each project is defined in the relevant quotation, offer, contract, booking confirmation, or other written agreement.
Any work, materials, or services not expressly included in the agreed scope are considered excluded unless confirmed in writing.
3. Quotations
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Quotations are prepared based on the information reasonably available at the time and may be revised if:

the scope changes,
-
site conditions differ from expectations,
-
hidden technical issues are discovered,
-
supplier pricing changes,
-
access conditions differ from assumptions,
-
regulatory or building requirements change.
4. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated:
-
all prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF),
-
applicable Swiss VAT is included where relevant.
Unless expressly included, additional costs may be invoiced separately, including:
-
transport,
-
material delivery,
-
waste disposal,
-
specialist subcontractors,
-
permits,
-
specialist equipment hire,
-
inspections,
-
third-party supplier charges.
For projects outside Switzerland, different tax treatment may apply.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 10 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Depending on project size, scheduling, or procurement requirements, Wadstrom Sàrl may request:
-
advance payment,
-
milestone payments,
-
staged invoicing,
-
or a deposit.
For larger or material-intensive projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before work begins or materials are ordered.
Late payment may result in:
-
reminder fees,
-
statutory interest,
-
temporary suspension of work,
-
debt recovery action.
Materials supplied remain the property of Wadstrom Sàrl until full payment has been received.
6. Variations & Additional Work
Changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
additional labour,
-
design revisions,
-
material changes,
-
scope expansion,
-
client-requested modifications,
-
unforeseen corrective work.
Additional work is billed at Wadstrom Sàrl’s applicable rates unless otherwise agreed.
Where practical, approval will be obtained before such work proceeds.
7. Unforeseen Conditions
Renovation work can reveal hidden conditions that are not reasonably identifiable before work begins.
Examples may include:
-
concealed plumbing,
-
hidden electrical installations,
-
structural deficiencies,
-
moisture or water damage,
-
mould,
-
asbestos,
-
hazardous materials,
-
concealed defects from previous workmanship.
Such findings may require:
-
revised scope,
-
specialist intervention,
-
additional cost,
-
schedule adjustments.
Wadstrom Sàrl cannot be held responsible for resulting delays or costs outside its reasonable control.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring:
-
safe and reasonable access to the property,
-
access to utilities where required,
-
clear working areas,
-
timely decisions and approvals,
-
accurate project information,
-
required permissions, approvals, and authorisations from relevant third parties, property management, PPE / condominium bodies, or public authorities, unless otherwise agreed.
Delays caused by client decisions, property management, PPE / condominium approvals, suppliers, regulatory authorities, or other third parties may impact schedule and cost.
9. Scheduling
Project timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Construction and renovation projects depend on many external factors. Reasonable delays may occur due to:
-
supplier lead times,
-
subcontractor availability,
-
permit or building approvals,
-
weather,
-
technical discoveries,
-
force majeure,
-
client decision delays.
Wadstrom Sàrl will make reasonable efforts to keep projects progressing efficiently.
10. Specialist Trades
Where appropriate, Wadstrom Sàrl may engage qualified specialist trades or trusted external partners for specific aspects of a project.
This may include:
-
plumbing,
-
electrical work,
-
structural works,
-
glazing,
-
bespoke fabrication,
-
specialist finishes,
-
or other trade-specific services.
Wadstrom Sàrl remains responsible for services contracted directly through Wadstrom Sàrl, within the limits of applicable law.
11. Insurance & Liability
Wadstrom Sàrl maintains appropriate professional liability insurance for its activities.
Liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven negligence, subject to Swiss law and applicable insurance coverage.
Wadstrom Sàrl shall not be liable for:
-
indirect loss,
-
consequential damages,
-
business interruption,
-
lost profits,
-
delays outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
12. Warranty
Wadstrom Sàrl undertakes to perform its work professionally and in accordance with applicable legal standards.
Manufacturer warranties for supplied products, appliances, fixtures, and materials remain subject to the respective supplier’s terms.
Warranty does not cover:
-
normal wear,
-
misuse,
-
neglect,
-
improper operation,
-
unauthorised alterations,
-
third-party damage.
13. Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after acceptance, the client remains responsible for costs already committed, including:
-
completed work,
-
ordered materials,
-
supplier charges,
-
subcontractor commitments,
-
preparation and planning work already performed.
If Wadstrom Sàrl terminates a project for reasons not caused by the client, prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded where applicable.
14. Intellectual Property
All quotations, concepts, designs, drawings, visualisations, specifications, and related materials created by Wadstrom Sàrl remain the intellectual property of Wadstrom Sàrl unless otherwise agreed.
They may not be copied, reused, reproduced, or transferred without prior written permission.
15. Photography & Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wadstrom Sàrl may photograph completed work and use such material for portfolio, website, marketing, and social media purposes.
Reasonable care will be taken to avoid disclosure of sensitive personal information.
If the client objects, this must be agreed in writing before project commencement.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction shall be Nyon, Canton Vaud, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
17. Updates
Wadstrom Sàrl may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version in effect at the time of agreement shall apply.
